Hi. I’m Sara and I would be honored to be your personal trainer. I am currently available for online training sessions.
I specialize in Pre and Post-Natal Coaching, TRX suspension training, Senior fitness, group exercise and inclusion for all exercisers. My training philosophy balances the scientific principles of exercise and intuitive programming to meet clients where they are at for any age, stage of life, or physical ability.

Our bodies need balance and so do our workout programs. I will guide you through exercises that focus on mobility, strength training, and cardiovascular health.

I have experience working with clients from the ages of 14-92. At any fitness level or health concern we will work together to build a fitness program that is safe and effective for you. My program design is built around empowering you to maximize your effort and energy you put into each session.
