  • I have 8 years experience as a personal trainer and 10 years experience as a group exercise instructor

  • I love to build relationships with clients and walk alongside their fitness journey

  • I enjoy playing volleyball, learning to golf, reading novels, listening to podcasts, trying new recipes and cheering on various sports teams with my husband
